Ingredients
  • 1 puff pastry
  • 3 apples
  • cinnamon powder
  • sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
Preparation
  1. Cut the puff pastry into 8 equal parts.
  2. Peel the apples and cut them into thick strips.
  3. Arrange them all around the puff pastry (4 slices per piece of dough).
  4. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Fold each piece of puff pastry from the center outwards.
  6. Brown with egg yolk and cook for 20 minutes at 180°C.
  7. And there you have it, your express apple turnovers are ready!
